Color Schemes
The color scheme form allows you to select a set of co-ordinated colors for the set of series in your chart. The colors will be allocated to each series in the same order that they appear in the form for the selected color scheme.
Adding your own colors
If none of the predefined color schemes are appropriate to your needs you can define your own colors. To define your own colors choose the "(User defined)" color scheme. The Add, Edit and Delete buttons will become enabled allowing you to manage the colors in your user defined color scheme.
The User Defined color scheme is specific to the style that you are currently editing. Each style can have its own user defined colors.
What happens if my user defined color scheme doesn't define enough colors?
If you define, say 2 colors, but your data source contains, say 4 series, then AmiChart creates the colors for the last two series by taking the first two colors and making them slightly darker. If you had 6 series then the last two series colors would be darker again. This means that it is not necessary to have exactly the same number of colors specified as the number of series in the data source.
