Paste Data from Clipboard

To paste data from a spreadsheet select the data cells including* rows and columns containing the series and category labels and choose copy. In AmiChart click on the "Paste data" button in the User Entered Data source form.

Most spreadsheets use tab delimited data when copying and pasting so make sure the "tab" radio button is pressed before you click the Paste Data button. In the rare event that you copy some data that is comma or semicolon delimited then you would need to change the setting appropriately.

*It is possible that your data may not contain series labels or category labels. AmiChart can accomodate this readily. Simply change the setting in the list boxes for Series label processing and Category label processing. Other options in these list boxes allow you to preserve your existing labels even if the data contains its own labels.

Press Ok when complete.
