This option allows you to choose the page number to start printing from. The purpose of this option is to allow you to easily combine more than one chartbook without having two or more pages labeled "Page 1".
For example if you were going to combine two charts of 8 pages each you would print the first one starting at page 1 and the second one starting at page 9.
You would then put both Index sheets at the start of the booklet and add the rest sequentially.
This way you can easily flip to the correct page right off of the index sheet.
