Change Grid Cell Contents

To change the color or symbol of an individual cell:

1. Make sure the "Select" button on the "TOOLS" toolbar is turned off (unselected).
2. Select a color from the palette and/or a symbol from the symbol group.
3. Select the "Pen" tool from the "TOOLS" toolbar.
4. Click the cell you wish to change. The cell will be filled with the color and/or symbol you have selected.

To change the color or symbol of a group of cells:

1. Select a color from the palette and/or a symbol from the symbol group.
2. Click the "Select" button from the "TOOLS" toolbar.
3. Select the range of cells to change.
4. Select the "FILL" tool from the "TOOLS" toolbar.
5. Click on one of the cells in the selected range and all the "like cells" in the selected range will change to the new color and/or symbol.
