Change View Scale

This setting Sets the scale of the Work Sheet to full or reduced scale.

To change this setting, select one of the following options from the Scale drop-down list.

• 100% (full scale)
• 75% (reduced scale)
  

When you select a different view scale, the change takes affect immediately.

This setting changes the size of the Work Sheet as viewed on your computer screen.
Changing the view scale has no affect on printing. Printing will always be at 100%.
