The TOOLS toolbar consists of the tools used for drawing and editing.

Tool descriptions:

	SELECT	Selects a Range of grid cells for editing.
	PEN	Draws the selected color or symbol.
	FILL	Fills a selected range of grid cells with a color or symbol.
	ERASE	Erases the contents of grid cells.
	MOVE	Moves a selected range of grid cells.
	COPY	Copies a selected range of grid cells.
