RestrictViewAngles

Public RestrictViewAngles As Boolean

Set to True to restrict the view angles when scrolling to be between MinThi to MaxThi, and MinPhi to MaxPhi. The default value is False, meaning no restriction on view angles. "phi" controls the vertical scrolling view angle. "thi" controls the horizontal scrolling view angle.
