Run your radio player program with an online radio station selected. If you have a link to such station (for example *.ram or *.pls file) you can use it to schedule recording;
Create a new file and configure its mp3 parameters (current mp3 parameters are shown in the information window);
Select the "Stereo Mix" stream in the program mixer and adjust its volume;
