Saving Options

If the program is in a visible mode click to EmailObserver™ within Windows Start menu (as below):

Start > Programs > EmailObserver > EmailObserver

If the program is in an invisible mode press the program hotkey (default hotkey is Ctrl+Alt+Shift+A). Then click to Saving options tab to get the following window:

In order to save emails copied from the monitored computer you should mark one of the checkboxes or both of them. The first one will enable the program to save copies to the network disk. You should also define the path to the network disk, your user name and the network access password.

The second one will enable the program to save copies to the local disk. You should just show the path to the local disk.

Press the Apply button to save settings.
