Auto Handling Response Mail
The response manager automatically handles several types of mails. It not only saves your time in filtering unwanted Spam and Junks but also clusters inbound mails based on your campaign.
Response manager creates sub folders under your inbox for each campaign and sorts your mails for easy management and responding.
In Campaign manager when you define the Return Path Inbox for the campaign, Response manager uses that name for the campaign to identify inbound mail for the campaign and clusters mails under the name given by you. You need not have to do anything else than just specifying the Return path Inbox for the campaign and set the Return path ID.
