Bounce Mail Audit

Bounce mail id is a email id which sends you mail bouncing alerts. This id generally belongs to your email service provider. The formats of such ids are like mailer-demon@your-isp.com. Response Manager provides a special folder called Bounce mails to remove the bounce mail alerts form the inbox.

To get your bounce mail id open a bounce alert mail and note the email id in the From address.
Enter the Bounce email id in the Text box of the Bounce email id section.
Click the Add Bounce id button

Remove a Bounce id

Select a Bounce email id you added before
Click the Delete Bounce id button.
