Response Manager

Campaign Library

Campaign library is the store for all your campaign items i.e. newsletters, E-Zines, E-Catalogs.

The items are categorized according to the Campaign levels. The hierarchy is Campaign level >> Campaign names >> Campaign Items >> Item Types.

By default Newsletter items are displayed for a Level you select.

Use the Campaign library to Edit a saved Campaign item or Schedule a Campaign by selecting the item from the library and taking it to the Editor.

To Open the Campaign Library Click the arrow button on the top of the toolbar in the Editor.

To hide the library, click the arrow button again.

Using Campaign Library

Select a Campaign Level from the Campaign Levels dropdown
You will find all the Campaign names, which belong to that level and contains Newsletter Items. You can switch between levels and find which campaign belongs to which level
Select a Campaign name to get all the items designed for it
By default Newsletters will be displayed for the campaign you selected
You can switch between item types i.e. Newsletters, E-Zines, E-catalogs for the campaign selected by clicking the menus on the top of the Campaign library
Click on an item to view, edit, schedule or send it immediately. The item will appear in the Editor
