Add Email id's to Return Path list

  • In the Email Id Textbox enter a valid POP3 Account as configured in your MS-Outlook.
  • Click Save
  • Repeat the step if you want to add more POP3 Accounts to be used as return path.
N.B: Email Id's added to Return path list should be valid accounts configured in MS-Outlook.

Set Return path

  • Select the Set return path Option
  • Select a Email id you want to set as return path form the Return path dropdown list
  • In the Enter From Email id Textbox enter any id you want to be in the Campaign mails "From" address
  • To route all your Response mails for a particular campaign enter the Return path Inbox name in the textbox

N.B:

  • When you set a return path for a campaign the email id will be locked till the expiry date you have set in the Campaign def Tab. You can again reuse it after the expiry date of the campaign.
  • All Response mails for a campaign will be clustered under the Return Path Inbox folder.
  • By Default Return Path Inbox name will be same as your Campaign name.
  • In Edit mode you cannot change the Return path already set previously and will appear in Read only mode. You can only change the From: id and Return path Inbox name.

Auto-Acknowledgements

If you wish to send Auto-acknowledgement for incoming response mail for the campaign:

  • In the Auto-acknowledge tab click Yes option
  • Enter the Subject for the Auto-acknowledge mail in the textbox
  • Enter the Auto-acknowledge mail content in the Auto-acknowledge mail text textbox
  • Only one Auto Acknowledge mail will go for the first inbound response from a contact to your campaign mail.

Edit Campaign Definition settings

If you need to edit any Campaign you have defined before but not yet sent use the Edit Campaign Definition Option in Campaign Manager

  • Click the Edit Campaign Definition option button
  • Click on a Campaign Summary record
  • In the pop-up dialog click Yes

Now the Campaign properties are ready to be edited. You can make any change you want.
