Scan Email ids from File

• Start Leads Scan from KMNavigator
• Select the Scan file option
• Click the Select File button to browse the file you want to scan
• Click the Extract button
• To save the Email ids Click the Save Leads button
• In the Dialog box browse to a folder of your choice and Save with a proper name

Scan a Folder for Email ids

• Start Leads Scan from KMNavigator
• Select the Scan Folder option
• Click the Select Folder button to browse the file you want to scan
• Click the Extract button
• To save the Email ids Click the Save Leads button
• In the Dialog box browse to a folder of your choice and Save with a proper name

Remove Email ids

If you want to remove any email ids from the Extracted list

• Select the Email ids by clicking on them
• Click the Remove Selected button
