Mail-Groups & Keywords
Add New Mail-Group
In the Keyword tab Click Add New Mail Group option button.
Enter the Mail Group Name in the Mail Group Name Textbox.
Note:
Your Mail-Group name should not be more than 20 characters.
Select predefined Mail-Group
- In the Keyword tab Click Select Mail Group option button.
- Select a Mail Group from the Mail Group Name dropdown list.
Create New Keyword List
If you have Defined a New Mail Group, a set of Keywords has to be created.
Add New Mail Group.
How?
- Click the Add Keyword button.
- In the Enter Keyword Dialog box Input the required Keyword.
- Press Enter or Click Ok button.
Notes: While you Create any Keyword list prefer to use Keyword Phrase to get more accurate results.
E.g.:
- If you are looking for some articles in CRM use Keyword Phrase like : "CRM white papers", "CRM Best Practice" etc.
- If you wish to search web within a specific domain, use "+" sign before the domain: + USA People , +CRM white Papers etc.
Add to existing Keyword list
To Add a Keyword to existing list you need to select a predefined Mail group.
How?
- Click the Add Keyword button.
- In the Enter Keyword Dialog box Input the required Keyword.
- Press Enter or Click Ok button.
Select keyword from predefined list
- Select a predefined Mail Group.
- Click the Keywords required in the Choose Keyword list.
Delete Keyword
- Select a Keyword in the list.
- Click the Delete button.
- Click Yes button in the Message box.
Delete Mail-Group
- Go to Keyword tab
- Click the Delete Mail Group button
- In the Popup Dialog box Select the Mail Group in theDropdown to delete
- Click the Delete button
Note:
If you have Knowledgebase associated with this Mail group, deleting Mail Group will delete Knowlsedgebase associated with that Mail Group.
