Newsletter Audit

Response Manager provides a special folder to cluster your Newsletter mails you have subscribed to. This helps you to maintain a clean Inbox. Response Manager considers a mail as Newsletters depending on the hyperlink threshold specified by you. Minimum threshold value should be two (2), this means a mail with 2 or >2 hyperlinks in the mail, will be considered as Newsletters.

• Note: Mails coming from a known contact containing hyperlinks equal to or more than the threshold value will not be filtered provided the contact is added to your white list.
• In the Others tab Enter a value in the maximum hyperlink threshold section
• Click the Set threshold button.
