Run Audit

After you have done all the settings
In the Audit menu Click the Run Audit option
This will execute Response Manager with all your settings immidiately.
We recomand you to use this option whenever you make any changes in the settings.

Note:

Response Managert Run on its own as and when you receive new mails and audit the mails. There is no need to use the Run Audit option every time you start Outlook. Run Audit option is just to test the capability,and may or may not produce desired results.
