Schedule Manager

The Schedule Manager helps to schedule or send your Campaigns/mails immediately as you require.

Schedule manager provides you a Summary of your Schedules, helps to test your Campaigns whether its ready for sending or not and gives you alert on any errors that may prevent you from sending Campaigns. Also it schedules the Campaigns whenever you want.

You can get the Schedule manager in the vertical left side toolbar in Campaign Editor or under the Tools menu.

Campaign Schedule Summary

The Scheduler Summary provides a brief about the campaigns schedule status, Distribution list count (Mail count) etc.

To Test a Campaign whether it ready to send or not

• Select a Campaign record from the Summary
• Click the Test Campaign Settings button

In case of any error in the Campaign process you will come to know from an alert message displaying you the exact issue.

Remember you cannot Schedule or Send such Campaigns

In such case go to the Campaign manager interface and do the proper settings.

To schedule a campaign

• Select a Campaign Name from the Select Campaign Dropdown
• Only Campaigns which has a proper and full campaign process defined will appear in this dropdown list
• To Schedule the campaign click the Schedule on Option
• From the Date calendar select the date you want to schedule your campaign
• Set the Time below
• Click the Save Schedule button to save your schedule settings

To send it immediately

• Chose the Campaign name from the Select campaign dropdown
• Select the Send now option
• Click the Send now button to start sending the mails
