Start Campaign

• Click on the above Program menu to Open Campaign manager (By default Define New Campaign will be selected)
• You can see 5 tabs in this interface
• Use the first tab > Campaign Def to start a new campaign
• Find out your target segment, which can be all contacts in your MS-Outlook/A Outlook Category/A group of Contacts or a specific contact
• Select the Target segment from the Campaign Targeted to Dropdown List
• Enter Your Campaign a Name to identify it, in the Campaign Name Textbox. This is must and should be unique.
• Select the Date you want to send your Campaign form the Campaign Date Calendar
• Select the Expiry date of the Campaign form the Campaign Expiry Date Calendar (By default it will be 15 days from the Start date).
• A campaign Expiry date is used to receive response for the campaign and cluster those mails for proper response management.

Recommendations:

1. To create unique Campaign names add date with the Name you wish to give.
2. Make sure expiry date is an after date from the Campaign Date.
