User rights and email addresses
OLFolders is able to check if a private or personal element, for example an appointment may be opened or modified. If any user creates an element, Outlook automatically stores the main email address to the element in a hidden field (the normal from field known from email is not displayed in contacts, tasks, appointments). OLFolders uses this field in order to find out if a user is allowed to open an element. |
