Checklists

This form allows you to edit existing and create new checklists. It is depicted below:

On the top site of this form list of checklists is located. Here is the list of checklist attributes:

• Name
• Categorized
• Enable "Deadline" attribute
• Enabled

Categorized attribute specifies whether checklist records should be grouped into categories. If it is set to Yes you will see list of categories in the bottom left corner of the form and list of records that is located on the right of Categories list will contain only records belonging to selected checklist category. Otherwise Categories list will be absent and list of categories will contain all records belonging to selected checklist.

Enable "Deadline" attribute attribute specifies whether checklist records will contain Deadline attribute.

If Enabled attribute is set to Yes then command for checklist will appear in Checklists folder of the main menu.

Categories list contains categories checklist is devided into. Each category has # (Sequence number) attribute that is used to order categories. You can't edit this attribute explicitly. But you can modify it by clicking on Up or Down button. Up button decreases value of # (Sequence number) attribute in that way moving it toward the top of the list. Down button increases value of this attribute moving it toward the bottom of the list.

Records list contains records belonging to the current category if checklist is categorized or to the current checklist in other cases. Look at the dialog in the following picture to explore all record attributes:

As shown in this and in the previous pictures checklist record has following attributes:

• # (Sequence number)
• Name
• Deadline
• Category
• Comment

# (Sequence number) attribute is similar to category attribute with the same name.

Deadline attribute is enabled only if current checklist has Enable "Deadline" attribute attribute set to Yes.

If you want to move checklist record to other category you should simply select this category from drop-down list. If current checklist is not categorized this drop-down list will not be enabled.

Comment attribute can contain any additional information about checklist record.
