Gifts to Give

This form allows you to create a list of gifts that you want to give to your parents and wedding attendants. It is depicted below:

As you can see in the picture this form contains list of gifts. To see all attributes of the gifts in this list look at the dialog in the following picture:

As shown in this picture a gift has following attributes:

• Receiving party
• Receiving person
• Gift name
• Number of units
• Unit
• Give event or place
• Gift given
• Give date

If you want to give current gift to the party rather than to the concrete person you should not specify value for Receiving person attribute but only for Receiving party attribute. Otherwise you should specify values for both these attributes. Dialog for selecting receiving party is shown below:

Select required party in the upper list and press OK button. Don't try to select persons in the lower list of this dialog because this list is located here only to show you the persons that current party includes. If you want to select gift receiving person you should select it from another dialog that is called by clicking on button with ellipsis that can be found on the right of Receiving person edit field. This dialog is depicted here:

In this dialog you can select empty record to specify that you want to give current gift to the party rather than to the concrete person.

After giving gift you should check Gift given check box and enter correct date into Give date field.

Reports

As you can see in this picture you can't select report type. All you can do is to select one of three values for filter:

• Include all gifts
• Include only given gifts
• Exclude given gifts
