Main Window

The following picture shows you a general view of the oraganizer main window:

The main window of Advanced Wedding Organizer can be logically divided into 3 parts:

• Main menu. It is located on the left site of the main window and contains all available commands grouped into folders. Each command is represented by appropriate button. To execute some command you should click on a button of the folder containing required button, and then click on the button of the command. If selected folder contains too much commands then buttons for vertical scroll appear on the right site of the main menu.
• Toolbar. It is located on the top site of the main window and contains buttons for most frequently used commands. All of these commands can be found in the folders of the main menu, but toolbar slightly accelerates program navigation allowing you to find required command quickly without switching between folders.
• Work area. It is located on the rest part of the main window. The content of work area depends on active command. When you click on some command button, corresponding form is shown in the work area. You can work with this form, edit data, and then click on another button and switch to another form. Each command (except for those located in the Help folder) has it's own corresponding form. Each of these forms provides for you some interface to manipulate with appropriate data. And work area is simply a place where these forms are displayed.
