Reports
Advanced Wedding Organizer gives you an opportunity to export all data from almost any form into MS Word. Nearly each form contains Report button in the upper right corner. If title of this button ends with ellipsis then click on it shows dialog which suggests you to choose report type and/or filtering condition. Otherwise report is formed immediately after button click. Before creating report you should sort tables in the form by columns they should be sorted in the report (by clicking on column's header). Next picture shows an example of the mentioned dialog:

This dialog contains tree list. The topmost nodes of this tree list are Report type and Filter. All child nodes of the first node are radio buttons that allow you to select required report type. Filter node includes three child nodes representing three filtering conditions. Each of these child node contains either set of radio buttons or set of check boxes. You should choose required report type and filtering conditions an then press OK button to export data into MS Word.
All reports are automatically saved in the REPORTS subdirectory of the directory where Advanced Wedding Organizer is installed so at any time you can view and edit them again and again.
IMPORTANT: Reports will be created correctly only if you have MS Word 2000 or higher installed on your system.
