Wedding Announcements
This form allows you to manage wedding announcement sending. In this form you can see list of parties from contact list that were not invited to the wedding. This list is created automatically.
Let's look at the following picture:

As you can notice this form contains two tables, but there are no operations that you can perform on lower table. This table is displayed only with one purpose: to show you all persons that current party includes.
As to the upper table you can't perform a wide variety of operations on it, however one operation is enabled. You can edit records of this table. If you click on Edit button the following dialog will appear:

If announcement has been sent to the current party you should check Announcement send date check box and enter correct date to the date field.
Note that you can edit records of this table only after wedding (i.e. current date is less than wedding date).
Reports
As you can see in this picture there are two types of reports you can create:

Parties and contacts. The report of this type will contain the list of contacts grouped by parties.
Only list of parties. The report of this type will contain only the list of parties without contacts they include.
You can filter parties that should be included into report. Here is the list of possible values for the filter:
- All parties
- Notified parties
- Unnotified parties
Note that notified parties are those for which announcement send date is specified. |
