Add New Task

Adding a new Task to currently open Work

  • To add a new Task to currently open Work in WorkManager Pro you should first select the desired Work

Thesis Project

  • and then perform one of following actions:
  • Select Task -> Add task to selected work... in main menu

  • Press the Add Task button in program ToolBar

Add Task

  • Right-click current tasks area. In a popup menu that a will appear select Add a Task

Thesis Project

The following window will appear:

Add New Task

Type in the name of your new Task. For your further convinience try to make it's something reasonable. In our example it's 'Research Results'

Then either type in the path to your program \ document \ URL \ command or press the Browse button to find the needed file on local or network drives. Note: you must enter URLs and system commands manualy.

Now you have 2 options:

  • press OK to add new Task to currently open Work in WorkManager Pro, or
  • press Cancel if you changed your mind and do not want to add a new task to currently open Work

My Work

You should see your new Task in currently open work space (right blue square)

Congratulations! You can now repeat theese steps to add as many Tasks to any existent Work in WorkManager Pro as needed!
