Menu

Menu has all the executable commands. Please note that Menu in Browser differs form that in Viewer. We strongly recommend you to use full version of the program since all the commands are then available at your fingertips.

File:

• File / Open: Click it to open file. Indispensable when you for instance need to open a certain file located in another folder. If you do not want to leave the current folder you can open the file from within the menu or by clicking Open button.
• File / Save As: You can save file under a different name in the original format or in a new format. You can also save a selected file fragment.
• File / Print: Allows printing out an image or a file.
• File / Print Setup: Enables you to handle settings of the printer, such as paper orientation for printing.
• File / Browser: Click this button if you wish to return back to Browser. Alternatively, you can do it by double clicking on the current image. Browser is naturally convenient for handling considerable amounts of pictures, yet if you want to view the image’s objects in full detail, then using Viewer mode is preferable.
• File / Exit: Selecting this item allows you to exit form the program

Image:

• Image / Rotate Left, Rotate Right, Flip Vertical, Flip Horizontal: Allows you to freely rotate the image in all directions. Enjoy viewing all your pictures even if they were turned around while being scanned.
• Image / Set as Wallpaper: You can easily turn the picture of your choice into wallpaper image for your PC! All you need to do is to trigger the Right-click Context Menu and choose then the appropriate option. To best suite your taste, you may wish to stretch, center or tile your wallpaper image.

View:

• View / Toolbar: Serves to display/hide the Toolbar
• View / Status Bar: Serves to display/hide Status Bar
• View / Next Image: Displays next file in the folder
• View / Full Screen: Use this command to view the picture in the Full Screen Mode. To return back to the previous mode, uncheck Full Screen option available on the right click Context Menu.

Tools:

• Tools / Options: Enables you to adjust the program to fit your needs. In the Light version you are given the ability to handle Slide Show and Browser settings.
• Tools / Slide Show: Choose this Menu item to launch Slide Show Mode, indispensable for viewing large amounts of files. Just specify the most convenient time interval at which pictures should be displayed, that’s all! The program will automatically show you all the pictures contained in the selected folder. Make Handy Look work for you and enjoy yourself!
• Tools / File Association: Allows you to indicate what types of file should open in the program at a mouse click.
