Toolbar
Located in the upper portion of the Browser Window, Toolbar is a pane with small buttons designed to activate commands. To execute any command click on the appropriate button. By holding the cursor over a button you can see a hint appear telling you what command the button is responsible for. Double-click outside the buttons will trigger a dialog box that provides you the ability to customize View and Content of Toolbar.
By default the Toolbar has the following buttons:
OPEN – opens file. Indispensable when you for instance need to open a certain file located in another folder. If you do not want to leave the folder you can open a file from within using menu option Open file or by clicking Open button.
DESCRIBE – allows you to make description for any file. This is a unique field, where you can enter any comments on this file (e.g. birthdates or tel. # of those on the picture).
NEW WINDOW – opens a new Handy Look window (a new program instance). This allows for simultaneous viewing of two images, which is very helpful if you want, for example, to compare two pictures.
NEW FOLDER – creates a new folder enabling you to easily catalogue your files.
DELETE – removes unnecessary images or files. Might prove helpful in working with large amount of files in Thumbnail Mode.
MOVE TO -- allows you to move images or files to other folders. Very practical, too, for working with larger number of files in Thumbnail Mode.
COPY TO – designed to copy an image or files to any folder.
PRINT – lets you print the image or file that you like.
PROPERTIES – indicates all file information including file path, file format, file size, dates of modification and creation and download time (from Internet) among others.
