Known Issues

When adding new members and creating statements the profile report and statement document will sometimes appear blank. This is caused by slower machines not being able to save the file to the database before it is polled to retrieve the information to place on the document. We have added a one second delay before the polling begins in an attempt to alleviate this issue. On fast machines this will show what appears to be a pause before the document appears. In the event you encounter this problem of a blank document the work around is to delete the original record and create it again.

In the event you encounter a problem please Email our Support team and describe in as much detail as possible the problem you're having. These details should include and error numbers, error messages and other notices that appear. Be sure to tell us at what screen you were using when the error occurred.
