Replace Picture or Receipt

HomeStuff does not delete any file you add to its repository. That is why there is no "Delete" menu item in the context menu of the thumbnail. When you use the "Replace Picture" menu item, the picture being replaced will be MOVED to your personal folders and the new picture will be MOVED into the HomeStuff repository.

Procedure:

• Right click on the thumbnail to bring up the context menu
• Use the "Replace Picture" or "Replace Receipt" menu item to bring up the file selection dialogue
• Navigate to the file you wish to import
• Select the file and click "OK"
• The new picture should show in the thumbnail, the old picture will have been moved to your personal folders

Notes:

Use the "Remove Picture" menu item to "reclaim" a graphic file from the repository. If you want to clean up removed graphic files permanently, navigate to your personal folders, locate the HomeStuff folder and open it. All removed files have a file name that begins with "removed_". Select and drag the files you wish to permanently remove to the trash.
