Update Existing Item

If you have not added at lease one personal inventory item please read Adding a New Personal Item. Assuming that you have entered at least one personal inventory item, follow these steps:

Update Existing Item

Procedure:

  • Navigate to the item you want to update using the item list scroll bars or the keyboard's up or down arrows.
  • Click on the line item you want to select. The selection bar will highlight the item and will make it the current item.
  • Enter any field or drop down by clicking on the field with your mouse.
  • Enter your new value using the keyboard.
  • Click on the Update button.
disk recovery software recover sd card data microsoft purchase order templates
undelete software freeware free spy software restore deleted partition
flash card unerase ipod recovery restore drive partition

Notes:

The current item will not be saved to the database until you hit the Update button. If you make a change to a field in the current item and then navigate to a different item in the item list, the changes you made to the then current item will be LOST. This behavior is by design. We wanted to keep HomeStuff simple with as few dialogs as possible.
