Parameters of Bluescreen Matting

Range Page:

Control the tolerance range of chroma. A higher amount will brings more transparent. If the background is not constant color, you may increase it to get better result.

Clean Page:

The histograms is the histograms of mask channel, which presents transparent to opaque. Black triangle in left controls the lower clean gate. Any pixel which opacity lower than this will set to transparent. White triangle controls high clean gate, pixels where its opacity over this will be setted to forground.

Range between them, change mask from 0 to 255 presents semitransparent.

Param Page:

• Feather: Feather mask with 1 pixel radius.
• Include Shadow: Uncheck it to try to remove shadow part.
• Inverse Color Caculate: Enable or disable inverse calculation for forground pixels.
• JPG Mask Optimize: Normal JPG file in its color space has half size subsample. Check this to get better mask on its edge. For non-JPG input, no effects.
