Blur

The 'Blur' in Turbo Photo has double functions: The normal 'blur filter' and the 'lambency filter'. The lambency filter can make the photo seem dreamier and softer.

Enter the function:

Select 'Blur' from popup menu of 'Enhancement' button.

The interface and the description:

The default 'Auto' setting is the one pixel blue.

Radius: The radius of blur.

Opacity: When it is lower than 100% (Typically, 50%) with the radius more than 16, It can simulate the lambency filter.

Lambency filter: Set radius to more than 16, and opacity to 50%.
