Multi-Shoot Tools
The tools of this set can enhance the photo by merge a serials of photo of same scene. When use it, open one of the photos, and choose the function you want. Then follow the guide of the wizard, add other photos, set anti-shake parameters and run.
These function require you have base knowlage for camera operation, such as set ISO value, set bracket exposure, shutter priority...
Turbo Photo Anti-Shake Technology
The photos can not align each other, when they are shooted without a tripod. The Anti-Shake tech. of Turbo Photo can analyse them to find out the shake mode and fix it. There are 2 parameters of its settings:
Shake Range: Deside the search scope of program. The merged photo may blured when this parameter is too small.
Accurate: For photos over 1600x1200, normally, we choose 'Normal' or 'Accurately'; For photos under it, we choose 'Normal' or 'Fast'.
Multi-Shoot Noise Reduction
The basic idea of this function is calculate the average value for each pixel between photos, more samples, better result. It is designed for reduce the noise of high ISO photo.
Multi-Shoot Anti Shake
Some camera don't have a 'Anti-Shake' len, The photo will blured when the shutter speed is not fast enough. Now, you can use 'Shutter priority' mode to set a safe speed and shoot several underexposure(maybe) photo, and add them together by this function.
The 'safe' speed is determined by the focal length and how stable you hand is, e.g, for 35mm Lens(1X Zoom, or equal), most people, it's over 1/35s; 350mm Lens(10X Zoom), its 1/350s.
Multi-Shoot HDR Merge
HDR means high dynamic range. When the evironment contrast of light exceed the camera's capture range, the details in highlight area or in shadow will lose. To recover them, you can shoot 2-3 times, metering exposure for highlight, midtone and shadow, and merge them together by this function. Turbo Photo is the only one and first one (so far as we know, 2006/1/1) support anti-shake technology in HDR merge, this will improve the practicability of this function greatly.
