Customize Look

One of the attractive features of DJ Legend is the ability to totally change the way it looks.
Double click on deck1's spectrum analyzer, the colour menu will be displayed. The colour box determines the colour to be used.
To change the colour of the colour box, click colour a colour pallet will appear. Select a colour by clicking on it.

To alter the shade of the colour or to create a custom colour click DEFINE CUSTOM COLORS. The custom colour pallet will appear.

The shade of the selected colour can be changed by moving the shade selector to the desired position.
The colour can be changed by selecting a colour from the colour pallet or by moving the colour selector to the desired position. The color solid box will display your selected colour.
When you're happy with the colour you have picked, click OK to accept the colour then click CANCEL to close the pallet. The colour you have picked or created will appear in the colour box. To apply this colour, move the mouse pointer to where you want the colour changed, then click on it. To apply this colour to the background, click on the background.
Some controls cannot have their colour changed by clicking on them. Their colour can only be changed by clicking their name on the colour menu.

Above are the collection of control names. The controls they belong to are described below.

Changes the colour of the TEMPO, RATE, PITCH controls on both decks.
Changes the colour of the EQUALIZER controls on both decks.
Changes the colour of the VOLUME controls on both decks.
Changes the colour of the TRACK INFORMATION TEXT on both decks.
Changes the colour of DECK1.
Changes the colour of DECK2.
Changes the colour of DECK1 TEXT.
Changes the colour of the DECK2 TEXT.
Changes the colour of all the BUTTON TEXT on both decks.
Changes the colour of DECK1 SPECTRUM ANALYZER.
Changes the colour of DECK2 SPECTRUM ANALYZER.
Changes the colour of DECK1 SPECTRUM ANALYZER PEAK INDICATORS.
Changes the colour of DECK2 SPECTRUM ANALYZER PEAK INDICATORS.
To change the colour of any of the above controls, click on the name. When you click on the name, the controls colour will change to the colour of the colour box. The background colour of the name you pressed will also change to that colour.
Button active
The button active colour is the colour you see when you press any of the special effects buttons or you press MA-P or MA-M. It is the colour the button changes to when it becomes active. It is also used to highlight the track number of the current track.
Note
The button active colour cannot be the same as the inactive colour of the button. If it is, the button will not function.
Change the button active colour
To change the button active colour, press BUTTON ACTIVE. The button active colour will then change to the colour of the colour box.
Save you're colour scheme
To save your colour scheme press SAVE. The next time you start DJ Legend your colour scheme will be used.
Saving you're colour scheme as a file
You can create a library of different colour schemes by saving them as files.
To save your colour scheme press SAVE ALL SETTINGS, select a location to save it, choose a name to call it then press SAVE.
SAVE ALL SETTINGS will also save the equalizer presets.
The file will be saved with a 'djl' extension.
Loading a saved colour scheme
To load a saved colour scheme press LOAD ALL SETTINGS, select the location where the file is stored then double click on the file.
The default look
The default look is the look that you see when you first install DJ Legend.
To set DJ Legend to the default look, tick the default check box then press SAVE ALL SETTINGS.

Closing the colour menu
To close the colour menu, press CLOSE.
