Choose Another Voice
The TTS engine screen will display all of the voices available for you to choose from. The speed, pitch and volume of each voice can be adjusted. To select another voice, click TTS ENGINE. The following screen will be shown.

The current voice in use will be highlighted. The speed, pitch and volume controls will show the current settings for the highlighted voice.
Choose a voice
Use the scroll bar on the right to scroll up and down the list and select a voice by clicking on it.
Test the voice
To hear the voice you have selected, click SPEAK.
Adjusting the speed, pitch and volume
Adjust the speed, pitch and volume by dragging the slider controls to the desired position. click SPEAK to hear the changes you have made.
Save and exit
When you have picked a voice you like and you are happy with the speed and pitch, Click SAVE to save your settings. Me Speaking will automatically exit the ttsengine screen when you click save.
Exit without saving
To exit without saving, click CLOSE. All the changes you have made will be discarded.
Choosing another voice while reading
The voice can be changed at any time. If Me Speaking is reading text from the clip board and you want to change the voice or alter the speed or pitch, click TTSENGINE and do what was described above to select and save a voice. After you exit the tts engine screen, click PLAY to continue reading. Reading will commence at the start of the current sentence.
Getting more voices
Me Speaking supports SAPI4 and SAPI5 compliant voices. Many software vendors create SAPI4 and SAPI5 compliant voices. If you install more voices they will appear in the list of voices when you press TTSengine.
