Me Speaking can announce the time every hour on the hour. To enable the hourly time announcement feature. click FILE, then move the mouse over HOURLY OFF, Then click ON.

To disable the hourly time announcement feature, click FILE then move the mouse over HOURLY ON then click OFF.
