A. Control bar: You can begin or stop the capture process via this bar. When you click on the button 'Start(Controlled)', a window with 'Ready to capture' will pop up. Only after you click on 'OK', the capturer will begin to work. There would be some time-lapse in initialization of the hardware, and such operation enable you to control the capturing without missing anything you may need.
B. Specify the captured video: the output parameters of the video could be specified in this part. Please note, the AVI and MPEG could be specified in the right panel - Video and Audio Compression, and the ASF setting is separated as another tab panel because the ASF setting need more details during the customization.
C. Pause and Resume: If you want to use the Pause and Resume, firstly, the check box should be selected. And this part is designed to prevent some misunderstood operation.
D. Compression Control: Different compression means different results. The higher compression you set for the video, the lower quality you will have, and of course the little size will the capture files to take. Please specify this part according to your requirement in quality and file size.
