Daily Quotas

With iNet Protector you can assign Internet usage quotas (limits) which determine how many hours per day the Internet can be used.

To enable the quotas (limits)

  1. In the iNet Protector main window, click Daily Quotas.
  2. In the Daily Quotas window, select the Windows user account for which to apply the quotas.
    Mark Enable Internet usage quotas
  3. Specify the daily limits in hours
  4. Click OK.

When quotas are enabled, iNet Protector tray icon is changed to iNet Protector, which indicates that Internet connection is disabled.

To start using Internet (start spending assigned usage limit), click on the iNet Protector tray icon. A prompt window will appear.

Start Internet Session

After clicking Yes, if your daily limit is not all spent up, you will notice that iNet Protector tray icon is changed to iNet Protector, which indicates that Internet connection is fully enabled and that assigned quota is being used/spent.

To end your Internet session, click on the iNet Protector tray icon again. In the prompt window, click Stop. This will stop your Internet quota usage.
